Who is Pump Street?

Pump Street Bakery is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. Yay, England! After mastering naturally-leavened bread, we ventured into making craft chocolate from beans we import directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world, from bean to bar.

We are proud to produce the finest craft chocolate. Provenance and process are key to our finished bars. We source cacao from the best growers who ferment and dry the beans at origin. We then tailor our roasting, grinding and conching to yield the best tasting chocolate possible.

Our mini bars represent the evolution of our bar format. Whereas the 70g bars are made to be tasted, enjoyed, and savoured over several sittings, the mini bars are crafted to be enjoyed as a single portion. Simply tear open and savour. Enjoy with a morning coffee or as an after-dinner treat. 

Madagascar Milk 58% is a creamy, luxurious whole milk chocolate with notes of caramel and treacle and the zesty finish characteristic of Madagascan beans. It will appeal to those with a sweet tooth as well as darker chocolate devotees.

Ingredients - organic cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, milk powder, minimum 58% cocoa, 20g mini bars. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.
