Shipping Locations:

Union Jack's Tea is based in California, and we ship from here. We offer shipping within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees include handling and will vary depending on the weight and shipping method selected. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping for orders over $75 in subtotal, after any discounts have been applied, to any location within the United States. Additionally, we offer free local pick-up at our store during business hours. To qualify for free local pick-up, simply select "local pick-up" during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Processing and Delivery Times:

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Generally, orders shipped within the United States will arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times may be longer for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping Methods:

We offer various shipping methods, including standard shipping and expedited shipping. Please note that expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Shipping Restrictions:

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather delays, incorrect addresses, or carrier restrictions.
